After several years working in logistics and operations, Darren McNulty decided it was time to reskill and move his career in a new direction. With a background in inventory management and GMP compliance, he wanted to apply his skills in a more technical, science-driven environment.The NIBRT Biopharmaceutical Processing course, funded through Springboard+, provided the ideal opportunity to make that change.  “Having the course supported by Springboard+ really helped, it made retraining possible while balancing work commitments,” he says.  Darren found the hands-on, industry-focused training particularly valuable.
