Artificial Intelligence for Biopharma Manufacturing is a two-day, hands-on course delivered jointly by GenSpark AI Solutions and NIBRT. It is designed to help biopharma professionals apply AI effectively within regulated manufacturing environments.

The programme is delivered using LearnSpark, an iPad-first learning platform developed specifically for this course. Through LearnSpark, participants work through realistic manufacturing scenarios, including deviation investigations, process drift detection, batch record review, and audit trail preparation. Each interaction is assessed in real time, with feedback on analytical depth, quality of evidence, regulatory awareness, and decision-making.

Over the two days, participants make decisions across nine structured scenarios covering key areas where AI is already being applied in biopharma manufacturing, including root cause analysis, statistical process control, batch record triage, predictive maintenance, and data integrity.

By the end of the course, participants will have a practical understanding of where AI adds value, where its limitations lie, and how to use it in a way that meets GMP and ALCOA+ requirements. They leave better equipped to apply AI responsibly, confidently, and in line with regulatory expectations.
