A Brief Overview of Our Hiring Process

NIBRT and Fastnet will support each identified candidate to thrive during the recruitment process, just let us know your needs, we will work with each candidate to support them during the hiring journey.
We will make the recruitment journey clear, inclusive, and efficient. Once a role is advertised by NIBRT, applications are managed through our partner, Fastnet Talent. They handle initial candidate engagement and application intake. Following this, the hiring manager conducts a screening of shortlisted candidates to assess suitability for their role. Selected candidates are then invited to participate in our interview process, which may include one or more stages depending on the position. Finally, successful candidates will receive a formal offer of employment, along with details on onboarding and next steps.
