NIBRT Celebrates Dual Honours at the Pharma Industry Awards 2025

NIBRT celebrated significant success at last night’s Pharma Industry Awards 2025, receiving two major honours: Pharma Research Centre of the Year and Partnership Alliance of the Year (NIBRT and ATU).

Pharma Research Centre of the Year

The judges praised NIBRT for its world-class research excellence, global impact, and leadership in innovation and policy. They highlighted the organisation’s GMP-simulated plant, cutting-edge research activity, and sustainability leadership as key strengths that continue to set the gold standard for industry transformation. Partnership Alliance of the Year (NIBRT and ATU)

The 13-year partnership between NIBRT and ATU was commended as an outstanding example of innovation and collaboration. Judges noted its role in building a strong connection between academia and industry and contributing to the development of the Northwest as a growing hub for biopharma and MedTech excellence.
