NIBRT Launches the Digital Academy: Digitalisation Training Built for Biopharma
NIBRT has launched the NIBRT Digital Academy, a structured digitalisation curriculum built specifically for professionals working in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
The Digital Academy addresses one of the most pressing workforce challenges in the industry today. Biopharma manufacturing is being reshaped by automation, AI, and digital systems, yet many organisations still rely on manual processes because their teams lack the digital skills to move beyond them. The NIBRT Digital Academy exists to close that gap.
A Curriculum Built for Every Level
The Digital Academy spans Foundation to Executive level, combining in-person courses at NIBRT with on-demand e-learning through the NIBRT Online Academy (NOA). From no-code apps and data literacy through to AI applications and digital validation, every course is designed around the tools, systems, and regulatory requirements specific to biopharma manufacturing.
Individuals can build skills progressively through the curriculum, and organisations can deploy training across entire teams through customised programmes delivered at NIBRT, at their own facility, online, or in a blended format.
