NIBRT Hosts Global Partner Summit 2025

NIBRT welcomed partners and invited guests to its Dublin facility on May 28–29 for the third annual Global Partner Summit. This two-day programme focused on advancing international collaboration in biopharmaceutical training and education.

This year’s event included active NIBRT Global Partners:

  • BioHub Maryland – Maryland, USA
  • Canadian Alliance for Skills and Training in Lifesciences (CASTL) – Charlottetown, Montreal and Vancouver, Canada
  • Institut Pasteur de Dakar – Senegal
  • Korean-NIBRT (K-NIBRT) – Incheon, South Korea
  • San Jacinto College – Texas, USA

We also welcomed invited guests including representatives from iPark Institute (Japan), NEOM (Saudi Arabia), EU Biotech Campus (Belgium), Telangana BioHub (India), Indiana BioCrossroads (USA) and Atlantic Technology University (ATU).

The NIBRT Global Partner Programme supports a growing network of global partners that license NIBRT’s expertise to build regional capabilities in biopharma workforce development. With demand for biopharma talent on the rise globally, the NIBRT Global Partner Programme is helping regions build stronger workforces through shared expertise and world-class training.

The summit opened with an equipment vendor showcase, followed by presentations and workshops highlighting new developments in curriculum, instructional technology, facility enhancements, and the NIBRT Global Qualification (NGQ) initiative. Sessions focused on aligning training standards, sharing regional insights, and strengthening a unified approach to building biopharma talent pipelines worldwide.

“We’d like to thank all those travelling to NIBRT this week. The Global Partner Summit is a unique opportunity to bring global thought leaders together to strengthen our shared mission of building biopharma workforce capability worldwide,” said Darrin Morrissey, NIBRT CEO.

It was a pleasure to welcome our global partners to Dublin in person – an invaluable opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange insights face-to-face, and deepen collaboration across our shared goals.
