  • Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness using a variety of evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing NIBRT curriculum upskilling, as well as self-directed learning and industry research to stay current with bioprocessing trends and innovations.
  • Project Participation: Lead and contribute to projects that align with team and organisational goals.
  • Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with vendors to enhance training content, equipment, and delivery.
  • Internal Process Support: Contribute to internal initiatives such as CapEx planning, client engagement, and curriculum development.
  • Innovative Training Methods: Support the development and implementation of new training formats, including eLearning and blended learning, in collaboration with NIBRT partners.
  • Team Support and Flexibility: Maintain strong attendance and demonstrate adaptability in supporting team operations and training schedules.
  • Client and Partner Engagement: Host facility tours and participate in business development meetings with prospective clients.
