PRECISEU Personalised Medicine School: ‘The Future of ATMP Translation and Next-Generation Manufacturing’

Taking place from 16 to 20 November 2026, this five-day programme will focus on one of the most important challenges in personalised medicine: how to move advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) and RNA medicines from the laboratory to the patient.

Across a hybrid opening workshop and four days of online masterclasses, participants will explore how collaboration, clinical translation and next-generation biomanufacturing can work together to accelerate the development and access to advanced therapies across Europe.

From collaboration to clinical translation

The week will open on Monday, 16 November, with a hybrid workshop on Collaboration Models for ATMP Development, led by Dr Friedemann Loos, Innovation Manager at bioRN Life Science Cluster.

The programme will then continue online with experts from NIBRT, CONCEPT, Rinn Advanced Therapies, and Rinn Pharma and Biopharma, covering topics ranging from early-stage biotherapy development and manufacturing innovation to RNA medicine translation and glycobiology.

Who should join?

The 4th PRECISEU PM School is designed for:

  • researchers and clinicians;
  • industry professionals;
  • innovators and entrepreneurs;
  • policymakers;
  • stakeholders working across the European ATMP and personalised medicine ecosystem.

The programme combines expert perspectives with practical discussion and opportunities to connect across disciplines and regions.

Why this matters

Advanced therapies have enormous potential, but moving them successfully from scientific discovery to clinical application requires more than research excellence alone.

Manufacturing capability, translational expertise, regulatory pathways, collaboration between sectors and access to the right infrastructures all play a role.

Through the PRECISEU PM School, we aim to strengthen the knowledge, skills and connections needed to help European personalised medicine ecosystems move from innovation towards implementation and patient access.
