Doireann McCurdy

Doireann is a Biomedical, Health and Life Sciences student in University College Dublin (UCD). She is working on an SSRA (Student Summer Research Award) project on ‘Protein Glycosylation in Endometriosis’ with Dr Aoife Harbison feeding into the HRB-funded project on ‘The role of protein glycosylation in the pathogenesis of endometriosis and association with microbiome’. She hopes to pursue a PhD following her undergrad degree to research endometriosis with an emphasis on Public Patient Involvement (PPI).
